The exception to this is commercial/personal clients who have commission our web design services. In this instance the contract remain in place until full payment is made for outstanding works.

User may not:
Use 25% or more of system resources for longer then 90 seconds. There are numerous activities that could cause such problems; these include: CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc.
Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server. This includes any and all daemons, such as IRCD.
Run any type of web spider or indexer (including Google Cash / AdSpy) on shared servers.
Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
Run any bit torrent application, tracker, or client. Please note that you may link to torrents off server, but may not host or store them.
Participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities
Run any gaming servers such as counter-strike, half-life, battlefield1942, etc
Run cron entries with intervals of less than 15 minutes
Availability of the Service
The Customer acknowledges that the Internet is neither owned nor controlled by any organization, company, legal or physical entity. Therefore, The Company cannot guarantee that any user will be able to access The Website or any of the Company''s servers or services at any given time. The Company represents that it shall make every good faith effort to ensure that its Website and all of its Servers or Services are available as widely as possible and with as little service interruption as possible.
Backups and Data Loss
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The Company is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Non Stop Hosting servers.

If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your service, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount. Remember, this is only for monthly shared or reseller packages and does not apply to dedicated servers, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, Hosting add-ons or domain name purchases.
Third Parties Websites Use
The Company has no liability or responsibility for the accuracy or suitability of content on a third party website that can be reached by using The Company website. Your use of any content from a third party website, including but not limited to, information, downloadable files, etc. is at your own risk.

The Company services are compatible with many software applications and third party products. Such named products are registered trademarks of third party companies, from which The Company is entirely separate and independent.

Such names are registered trademarks of their respective owners, who have granted the right for the use of the software either publicly or directly to The Company. The Customer agrees that any claim or dispute you may have against Non Stop Hosting must be resolved by a court located in the UK without reference to any governing law rules that would result in the application of the substantive law of any other jurisdiction; The Customer hereby waives all rights to any kind of legal actions in any other court and/or under any other law except those of the UK; The Customer agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the UK for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. In any legal action, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover all legal expenses incurred in connection with the action, including but not limited to its costs, both taxable and non-taxable, and reasonable legal fees. The terms of this section shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
